About the Blog

Throughout college-- actually, throughout most of my years in school-- people tried to scare me about life after graduation. "This is it," they would say. "Enjoy it while you can. It's all downhill from here."

I believe that this attitude is, essentially, a load of crap. The real world is whatever we make of it, a subjective experience that can't be predicted or defined. So why taint it before it's barely even begun?

This blog is a collection of essays, anecdotes and musings on my post-grad wanderings. It seeks to defy the traditionally menacing image of the "Real World" that's been projected onto us jaded twentysomethings for as long as we can remember. From this point on, it's all about creating my own reality. Allons-y.
